a Cocktail Supper Club

Join us at The Norman Knight for The Foraged Knight, a special cocktail supper club celebrating the flavours of the Cotswold countryside with Guy Chittenden and Chef Ray.

Inspired by their foraging trips around Whichford, Guy and Ray have created a bespoke seasonal menu bringing together locally inspired dishes and carefully crafted cocktails, showcasing the ingredients and flavours of autumn.

The evening will feature dishes including Delica squash tortelloni, roast partridge with rosehip and nettles, and a choice of venison or hen of the woods with potato gratin and wood sorrel.

Each course will be complemented by a specially created cocktail, with highlights including the Fig & Sage Sour, Antihistamine, Dirty Sloe Martini, Chestnut After Dark and Gruit herbal toddy.

With just 60 places available, The Foraged Knight promises an intimate evening of seasonal food, creative cocktails and a celebration of the countryside surrounding The Norman Knight.
